We have just come back from ‘Alimentaria Fair’, in Barcelona, with lots of new ideas. It’s been an absolute pleasure to visit our suppliers’ stands and discover new products for our gourmet shop. You will soon see the results! As you know we are always trying new things… and we don’t want to reveal anything, but we loved the vegetable chips and black garlic.
We have visited many of our suppliers’ stands, such as Joselito, Artajo oils, Olearum oils, Forum vinegars, La Catedral canned food, Pedro Luis canned food, El Navarrico canned food, Yurrita canned food, Rougie pâté, salt from the valley of Salado de Añana, la Dalia peppers, Gazpacho Majao, La Boella, Rafa Gorrotxategi, Torras chocolates, Simón Co chocolates, Amatller chocolates, and Aizpurua, Zinio and Juvé & Camps wineries. These and a lot more stands from friends and suppliers we are happy to work with!
